The James Cumine Parkinson Letters

Letter 97

Akyab
Dec 3rd 1861
My dear Mother,

We are just ready to sail so I thought you would like to hear from me. I have been very well since I wrote last. We have been working very hard since we came here, and in about 4 months and a half from this time you should write both to Cork and Falmouth as we are bound to one or other for orders. I hope you are all well, give my love to Brothers and Sisters, Miss Lascelles and believe me ever your affect.

James C. Parkinson
