The James Cumine Parkinson Letters

Letter 88

Armagh,
24th May 1860
Dear James,

I return the copy of the will you sent, and upon which I had Mr McKinstry’s opinion. He says the 1/3 portion of the lands of Grangecam is clearly your mother’s and that she can leave it by will or Deed to one or amongst her children, as she may think right, but in default of her so doing, you are then the person entitled to it, and may then expect your £200 in assuming the name of Cumine. If you want any further information I will endeavour to obtain it for you.

Yours affect,

E. Parkinson

I got the toys yesterday from Pelans quite safe and thank you for calling about them.
