The James Cumine Parkinson Letters |
Letter 21Armagh
Dear Dada, The reason why I have not written before this is that I did not receive your letter until a day or two ago. I do feel the loud call?? which I have received by the death of Aunt S and hope it will have its due effect in making me double my diligence. Mr L thinks that I should be able to enter Nov. year which I might be able to do by close application, old habits are not easily shaken off with shame I confess. Cholera has got into? Down and .... but has not arrived here yet. Please give my love to Mamma and tell her if she pleases to write soon, also to Willy and Sam. Also remember me to Mary and believe me your affect son.
