My dear Dada

We have not heard from Grand-dada since he left us, and therefore I cannot tell whether he will be for(?) going over to the Island now or not. William has not returned yet, nor have we heard from him since.

Mamma(?) hopes Aunt(?) is quite well and(?) hopes(??) she is not do foolish as to be selling(?). What is Kate(?) and Willie(?) about, tell them that pussy is well. Mamma told Grand-dada - when he was here that he should send Aunt(?) the price of her cattle - With Love to you all - as ever
