My dear Lucy

I have this moment had a visit from Mr Cranston who will go to Killough on Monday next to meet Mr Binnie by appointment, and endeavour to settle all matters with him. I hope for your benefit and to your satisfaction. Please to get Mr Atkinson and Mr McMullan to meet him. I received your letter this morning and told Mr Cranston the contents which will enable him to understand what you wish for. Mr Cranston will leave town tomorrow and reach Down at night. He will take and early breakfast and be in Killough at 10 o’clock on Monday morning. He expects to finish all in one day. Most afffectly yours
