Although the Society was established in 1974, it was not until 1983 that the first of its annual journals - "Lecale Miscellany" - was published. In 2003 the name was changed to "Lecale Review" with a new format. The Journals contain a wealth of historical information and images about people, places, papers and artefacts, from some 155 authors and contributors.
